All outstation contingents are accommodated at GRT Hotel, Vijayawada. Rooms, meals and check-in are handled by the Food & Snacks and Accommodation committees of Divisional Office, Vijayawada; room allotments are shared with Team Managers on arrival.
Local transport is arranged from the hotel: buses run between GRT Hotel, Vijayawada and the auditorium before and after each day's programme, and pickups from the railway station and airport are coordinated by the Accommodation, Transportation & Registration committee. Team Managers should enter arrival and departure details in the portal so that pickups can be planned.
